Structure description
Synchronous motors have various structures: in addition to the general double bearing seat structure, there are also full suspension, shaftless, bearing seatless structure, half suspension, single bearing seat structure; movable stator structure; collector ring with protective cover, positive Pressure-ventilated safety structure; round and box-type structures, bearings can withstand biaxial thrust and can run forward and reverse, etc.; self-ventilation cooling, horizontal and vertical installation; thyristor excitation structure with slip ring and brush, There are also brushless excitation structures. Voltage levels are 380V, 3kV, 6kV, 10kV, etc. The motor protection type has various protection types from IP00 to IP54.
The frame, end cover and bottom plate of the synchronous motor are all made of steel plates. Both the stator and the bearing are equipped with temperature measuring elements, which can monitor the temperature of the motor. The rotor adopts salient pole-type magnetic poles. Fans are installed at both ends of the yoke. The cooling air enters from the end caps at both ends, enters the rotor core, and escapes to the air outlet of the machine base through the stator radial ventilation slots. The cooling effect is good. There are also duct, half duct ventilation, air-water cooling and air-air cooling types; bearings include end cover sliding bearings, seat sliding bearings (pressure oil circulation cooling), and end cover rolling bearings (grease lubrication, etc.).

TL series vertical synchronous motors are mainly used to drive various vertical water pumps, and are widely used in water conservancy, municipal drainage and water supply, sewage treatment and other fields. It is widely used in national key livelihood projects, such as the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, the diversion of the Yangtze River to the Huaihe River, etc. It is also exported to India, Uzbekistan, etc., and is equipped in the pumping station of the water transfer project.
