TDMK(TM) three-phase synchronous motors for mine mills are
specially designed for rolling mills. The startup mode is full
pressure startup. If the grid capacity is insufficient, the voltage
can be appropriately reduced to start. The manufacture conforms to
GB755 "Basic Technical Requirements for Rotating Electric Machines"
and JB8/DQ3449 "Technical Conditions for TK Series Large
Three-phase Synchronous Motors".
TDMK(TM) three-phase synchronous motor for mine mill is suitable
for altitude not exceeding 1000m and cooling medium temperature not
exceeding 40 degrees. The rated voltage of this series of motors is
6000V, and 3000V and 10000V can also be provided according to user
requirements. The allowable voltage deviation range is +5%, the
rated power frequency is 50Hz, and the rated power factor is 0.9
(leading).
The three-phase synchronous motor for TDMK(TM) mine mill has a
cylindrical shaft extension end, and its rotation direction should
be rotated in the direction specified by the sign. The rotation
direction is generally counterclockwise when viewed from the
collector ring end. clockwise. When the motor and the mill are
connected by a coupling, the motor shaft extension cannot bear the
external radial force or axial force.
TDMK(TM) three-phase synchronous motor excitation system for mine
mill adopts thyristor excitation device. The motor allows full
voltage direct starting. If the user's power grid does not allow
full voltage to start directly, the step-down start can also be
used. At this time, the starting current of the motor decreases in
proportion to the terminal voltage, and the starting torque
decreases in proportion to the square of the terminal voltage.
Stator leads: There are six leads, U1, VI, W1, U2, V2, W2
respectively, and high-voltage rubber cables are used to lead out
on the clips at the bottom of the frame, and can also be made into
a junction box for wiring as required.
The ventilation mode of TDMK(TM) three-phase synchronous motor for
mine mill is open type natural ventilation or can be made into
fully enclosed duct ventilation type.
Frame: welded with steel plates, the lower part of the frame is the
outlet end of the motor.
Stator: The stator core is made of 0.5mm thick low-loss silicon
steel sheet punched and stacked in a fan shape. The core segments
are separated by air ducts. The windings are formed by
double-stacked short-distance coils, using B-class insulation or
F-class insulation. The temperature rise is assessed according to
the B level to help prolong the service life: the winding ends are
reliably fixed and bound, and are treated with a vacuum pressure
intrusion solvent-free paint process. Withstand voltage test, the
motor has excellent and reliable insulation performance, good
mechanical strength and strong moisture resistance.
Rotor: The magnetic poles are punched from steel plates and mounted
on the rotor yoke together with the magnetic pole coils. The
magnetic pole coils are B-class or F-class insulation. When the
user adopts a pneumatic clutch, the shaft design or shaft punching
form can be selected according to the user's requirements. .
TDMK series motors are mainly used to drive large AC three-phase
synchronous motors used in mining mills, mainly to drive grid-type
ball mills, rod mills, coal mills, etc.
